Interested in Reception Sept 2025?

If your child has not been offered a place at Woodmansterne Primary School but you would like them to join us in Reception in September, please take a look below to see what you need to do to secure your place. 

To ensure your child is added to our waiting list:

(1) Contact your local council add ask for your child to be added to our waiting list. 

• Surrey County Council: Call the Admissions Team on 0300 200 1004 or email schooladmissions@surreycc.gov.uk
• Sutton Council: Call the Admissions Team on 020 8770 5000 or email suttonadmissions@cognus.org.uk 
• Croydon Council: Call the Admissions Team on 020 8726 6000 or email school.admissions@croydon.gov.uk

(2) Let us know so that we can also chase the admissions process for you.  Either copy us in to the email you send the council or drop us an email at school@wps.org.uk to let us know you have asked for your child to be added to the waiting list.   Obviously councils are very busy at this time of year, so if we know you would like your child to join us, we can send you information about induction dates etc so that you can be prepared if a space if offered.
